New For 2017?
Monday, January 2, 2017
I am hoping that 2017 will be a good year for my photography business! I have some new ideas, branding and packages to try and give you, my client, the best experience possible! I'm going to talk about the biggest three new things right now.
The first, I'm sure that you have seen, is the new website. Everything has been streamlined, and is now even easier to look at. It took some work, but I hope that you like it and that you find it to be easy to navigate.
The second is my cool new logo! This is probably my favorite new item for 2017. Up until now I have just had my name and thats it. It wasn't anything fancy, but it did the job. However, starting 2017, I have what I feel to be a legit logo. Not to flashy and yet it stands out. I am hoping to build things up so that eventually people only need to see the logo and they know where its from. We'll have to wait and see on that one.
Lastly, for many years now, I have included a beautiful canvas wrap print in all of my packages. The biggest and best of course being reserved for my wedding clients. Now, for 2017, I am going a step higher. Now when the dress has been put away, the tuxes returned and the flowers wilted, you will have something to place in your home, along with the canvas hanging on the wall. These boxes (below) are hand made by some friends of mine in Portland! They allow for USB Drives full of your images as well as room for your favorites, printed 4x6. You can set this on the bar in your kitchen or the coffee table in the living room. It gives you something to show your friends and family when they come over and a great way to always be reminded of your special day. Each box is made from beautiful bamboo so there is no need for paints or stains. Each one has its own character and because they are handmade, no two boxes will be the same.
I hope that you are as excited about 2017 as I am. If you or anyone you know are looking for some photography work, hit the contact button and shoot me an email about what it is you need.
If you'd like, let me know in the comments section below what you think of everything. I look forward to hearing from you!
